  • Evidence references: order, message, delivery, service or access context
  • Status: submitted, response requested, under review, resolved or closed

Escalation boundaries

Structured for later operator workflows, but it does not send notices, freeze payouts, refund payments, block accounts or remove content.

Inactive runtime boundary

This page is a frontend. It does not publish real reviews, verify purchases, resolve disputes, sanction sellers/providers, change ratings, execute moderation decisions or connect to payment/provider systems.
